The ceremonial Signing of the Memorandum of Agreement between DDC Land Inc. and MarcoPay Group of Companies was held at Bonifacio Global City last June 2, 2023. DDC Land Chairman of the Board, Mr. Martin Georg Sutter, with his wife, President of DDC Land, Engr. Edna Sutter represented the company. While Mr. Roberto C. Delgado, Founder & Group Chairman, with its President & CEO, Mr. Ryota Takenaka, led the MarcoPay Group of Companies.

It marks the beginning of a mutually beneficial endeavor of helping our fellow Kababayan invest in a dream home of their own.

Prayer Bible Fellowship which started at Barangay Kristong Hari, in Quezon City is a congregation that does not only engage in Bible Study. It also encourages young members to enhance their love for music like Ukelele Lessons, Voice Lessons & Training for Choir members under the tutelage of teachers Maria Theresa Roldan and Jude Roldan. The children are from Barangays Damayan Lagi and Kristong Hari both are in Quezon City. Teacher Theresa had selected some children to participate in the Young Voices of the Philippines. They went on rigid training to participate in the choir competition in Vancouver, Canada in 2020, but because of Covid19, all activities were cancelled. During the lockdown, two of the Choir members of PBF Jhanaica Ehla Montes and Clarisse Anne Montes did not lose hope and continue their choir training via zoom. They were selected by the Trebel Choir Association of the Philippines as endorsed by Prayer Bible Fellowship to join the other 23 children to the US Concert Tour which will be held at the prestigious Carnegie Hall, New York City on July 7, 2023. The Prayer Bible Fellowship, The Young Voices of the Philippines & Trebel Choir Association of the Philippines Inc. would like to thank PDG Edna Sutter, President/CEO of DDC Land Inc., by donating One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100,000) to support the two choir members Ehla and Clarisse of Prayer Bible Fellowship for their US Tour Concert. As representatives of the country, the scholar choir will showcase Philippine music. Prayer Bible Fellowship and Young Voices of the Philippines are now preparing for their exciting journey across five states, including stops at New York, Maryland, Washington DC, California and Oregon.
